Overview
The MoPao2T automatic grinding and polishing machine is a dual-disc tabletop machine. Manufactured in accordance with international standards and utilizing advanced technology, it is a new generation of high-precision, automated grinding and polishing equipment.
This machine utilizes an advanced microprocessor control system, enabling stepless adjustment of the grinding and polishing disc and head speeds. Sample pressure and time settings are intuitive and convenient. The operator simply replaces the grinding and polishing disc or metallographic sandpaper and polishing fabric to complete the grinding and polishing process, extending its versatility. This machine features flexible and quick disc replacement, multiple sample holders, pneumatic single-point loading, and automatic abrasive dispensing (with an optional dispenser). It also boasts smooth, safe, reliable operation, low noise levels, and a cast aluminum base for enhanced grinding and polishing rigidity. This machine is equipped with a water cooling device and an abrasive flushing nozzle, which cools the specimen during grinding to prevent damage to the metallographic structure caused by overheating and to flush away abrasive particles. Its ABS housing and stainless steel components enhance its aesthetic appearance, improve corrosion and rust resistance, and facilitate cleaning.
The MoPao2T automatic grinder and polisher is suitable for automated sample preparation from rough grinding to fine grinding and rough polishing of metallographic specimens. It is an ideal sample preparation device for laboratories in enterprises, research institutes, and universities.
