Product Introduction:
Polyacrylamide is mainly used as a flocculant: For sewage with suspended particles that are relatively coarse, high in concentration, and the particles carry positive charges, and the pH value of the water is neutral or alkaline. Since the polyacrylamide molecule chain contains a certain amount of polar groups, it can adsorb the solid particles suspended in the water, causing the particles to bridge and form large flocs. Therefore, it accelerates the sedimentation of particles in the suspension, has a very obvious effect of accelerating the clarification of the solution and promoting filtration.
Product Usage:
This product is widely used in the treatment of chemical industrial wastewater and waste liquid, and municipal sewage treatment. It is used in the water treatment of the tap water industry, purification and clarification of high-turbidity water, coal washing, mineral processing, metallurgy, steel industry, zinc and aluminum processing industry, electronic industry, etc. It is widely used in the petroleum industry, oil extraction, drilling mud, waste mud treatment, preventing water channeling, reducing friction, improving oil recovery, and tertiary oil recovery. It is used as a textile sizing agent. The sizing performance is stable, there is less sizing falling off, the fabric breakage rate is low, and the fabric surface is smooth. It is used in the paper industry. Firstly, it can improve the retention rate of fillers, pigments, etc., so as to reduce the loss of raw materials and environmental pollution; secondly, it can improve the strength of paper (including dry strength and wet strength). In addition, using PAM can also improve the tear resistance and porosity of paper to improve the visual and printing performance. It is also used in food and tea packaging paper. In the food industry, it is used for the clarification of cane juice in the production of cane sugar and beet sugar and the phosphorus flotation extraction of syrup. In the industrial flocculation and clarification of enzyme preparation fermentation broth, it is also used for the recovery of feed protein. The quality is stable, the performance is good, and the recovered protein powder has no adverse effects on the survival rate, weight gain, and egg production of chickens. It is used in synthetic resin coatings, water plugging of civil engineering grouting materials, building materials industry, improving cement quality, construction adhesives, joint filling repair and water plugging agents, soil improvement, electroplating industry, printing and dyeing industry, etc.
