The HST JBSW-300C microcomputer-controlled impact testing machine produced by our company is a new generation of high-tech testing equipment developed according to the national standard GB/T3808-2018 "Inspection of pendulum impact testing machine", and performs impact tests on metal materials according to the national standard GB/T229-2020 "Metal Charpy notch impact test method". The cross section of the sample used is 10×10mm. It mainly tests ferrous metals with large impact toughness, especially steel and its alloys.
The test principle of this product is to calculate the difference between the potential energy before the pendulum impact and the residual potential energy after the impact, and obtain the absorbed work of the tested sample. The equipment operation can be controlled by manual control box or computer automatic control. It is easy to operate and has high work efficiency. The residual energy after the pendulum breaks the sample can be used to automatically swing the pendulum, and the test results can be saved and printed. When the impact test of the sample is carried out continuously, its superiority can be better reflected.
