Application:
HST-WAW1000F servo-hydraulic universal testing machine is designed with up-mounted actuator structure. Bidirectional differential cylinder provides bidirectional control of tension and compression in one single space.
Clearance-free structure and actuator up and down to adjust the test space offers easy operation and high efficiency. This machine is mainly used for tensile test of metallic materials. It provides closed loop control of constant force, constant displacement and constant extension, smoothly switching among them.
Test results can be automatically calculated and be able to printed and exported.

Applied Standards:
1. Load meets or exceeds the following standards: ASTM E4, ISO7500-1, EN10002-2, BS1610, DIN 51221.
2. Strainmeasurement meets or exceeds the following standard: ASTM E83, ISO 9513, BS3846, EN10002-4
3. Also conform to some other standards:ASTM E8, ASTM A370, ASTM 615, ISO 6892-1, ISO 146303, ISO 156301, BS 4449.

Load frame features:
1 Single-space structure, Single zone design ensures all types of tests finish in one space. Compact and reasonable design is ergonomic and effectively reduces labor intensify.
2 Top-mounted hydraulic double direction actuator is used to apply a tensile or compressive load to the test specimen; this design makes it easy to provide different stroke lengths and extended test openings to suit unique applications without costly customization.
3 The main frame is full rigid and gap-free structure. When the tensile specimen is broken, the testing machine has no impact on the ground. Meanwhile, the host has the advantages of high resistance to pull (pressure).
4 4-column construction providing superior axialand lateral stiffness, chrome plated columns for easy cleaning and longest life.
5 Large test space Double acting crossbeam quickly accommodates specimens of varying lengths. In the case of additional length of columns, the maximum testing space is adjustable to meet extra length specimens.
6 Optional extra height load frames are available to accommodate pretested concrete strand.
