The advantages of equipment:
1. The load frame adopts the structure of the oil cylinder at the bottom and the barycenter is low, so that the whole structure is compactness and stability;
2. The upper beam and worktable are linked by the four upright columns, so the worktable move smoothly. Also the whole structure is compactness and stability;

Measurement system:
WAW microcomputer control electric-hydraulic servo universal testing machine adopts electronic measuring technology. There are characteristics of high accuracy, flexible collocation, strong interchangeability, easy to service and so on.
1. The force-measuring unit
Consists of high precision and high stability wheel load sensor and low-noise low-drift amp and 14 fast high-precision A/D converter, to ensure that the measurement of the whole range of the indication accuracy better than ± 1%.
2. Deformation and displacement measurement units
The measurement of small deformation (the rate of elongation is less than 50 %) adopts electronic extensometer and A/D converter circuit. the precision being ± 0.5%. For special requests, it can calibrate and identify several electronic extensometers.
The piston’s displacement is measured by displacement sensor.
Function and characteristics:
1. Automatic control: measurement, data acquisition & processing, drawing and printing test curve (which parts can be zoomed in or out) and test reports;
2. Monitoring system: being calibrated and turned to zero automatically;
3. Testing force: deformation and displacement are controlled by speed, and the controlling error is less than ± 1% of settings;
4. Stepless speed regulation: control speed and control way can be converted randomly in the testing and also can be kept;
5. Data storage and amplification of curve: In testing it can be arbitrary show different test curve;
6.In programe process: it can be converted to manual control, adjust manually and control speed at any moment.
7. Automatic protection if testing force overloading: the scope of protection can be arbitrary set, such as it can be set to 5% or 10% of the max testing force;
8. It can be conducted on network between testing labs and convenient for management.

A: The testing machine is guaranteed for 16 months by HST,we can help youto repair your problem controller freely,even it's not from our factory. Free Non-consumable components will be provided if any performance failure occurs within 16 months caused by non-human damage.
