Solar Panel/PV Panel IECEE Certification Service

On January 24, 2018, the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) issued a technical regulation related to IECE, with a mandatory implementation date of August 1, 2018. The following products require application to SASO and the issuance of an IECEE Recognition Certificate (SASO RO). According to SASO requirements, the Technical Regulation for Small Photovoltaic Solar Energy Systems also requires an IECEE certificate.

Required Documents for IECEE Certification:

1. Saudi Commercial Registration Certificate

2. Industrial License (if required)

3. Importer and Manufacturer Declaration

4. CB Certificate and Report

5. Energy Efficiency Certificate and Label

6. Product Instructions (Arabic)

7. Product Photos and Dimensional Photos

IECEE Certification Application Process:

1. Obtain a CB Certificate and Report first.

2. Register an account on the SASO website.

3. Provide the required documents to SASO for review.

4. If SASO's review is successful, pay the certification fee.

5. SASO issues the IECEE Certificate.
