Xiongxing CNC Cutting Surface Machine (referred to as the angle machine) is an automated gemstone cutting equipment controlled by a computer, integrating grinding, polishing, and stone bonding functions. It is suitable for high-precision and high-efficiency cutting surface processing of various gemstones. The equipment is controlled by multiple servo motors to achieve precise angle adjustment, gemstone positioning, and sandpaper center movement, ensuring stable and excellent processing quality. Efficient production: 60 workpieces can be processed in 10 minutes; with the addition of a mechanical hand, the daily production capacity per person can reach 50,000 pieces.
Multi-functional compatibility: Capable of processing gemstones with diameters ranging from 0.75mm to 28mm, and compatible with 400mm/620mm/750mm sand discs.
· High precision control: Utilizes servo motors to drive the swing angle, rotation angle and center movement of the sand disc, ensuring the smoothness and consistency of the cutting surface.
