FISHER 2625 Flow Amplifier
The Fisher 2625 or 2625NS flow amplifier, when used in conjunction with the positioner on the throttle control valve 2525, can increase the speed of the regulating valve stroke. The 2625NS is a version for nuclear industrial applications and uses synthetic rubber components that can better withstand high temperatures and radiation environments. This amplifier integrates a fixed dead zone, a soft valve seat structure, and an overall bypass limit, which can eliminate the problem of positioner saturation that may occur in gas flow amplifiers without these features. Fast response - When there is a sudden change in input, the amplifier can provide the volume required for the rapid drive of the actuator. Adjustable response - The overall bypass limit can adjust the amplifier's response, allowing the actuator to operate smoothly after a slow change in the signal. Effective operation - The soft valve seat provides a tight shut-off function, thereby reducing unnecessary gas consumption and eliminating the saturation of the positioner amplifier. Accuracy maintained - The amplifier will increase the regulating speed of the actuator as needed without weakening the steady-state accuracy of the positioner.
