The Vanessa 30000 series is a robust three eccentric valve, featuring an integrated valve seat and an optimized valve seat angle, enabling it to handle isolation and process control through multiple functions.
Sturdy and fire-resistant all-metal structure. • The Stellite® 21 grade valve seat coating has excellent durability. • The elastic metal sealing ring ensures that the seat sealing pressure is perfectly distributed around the precisely machined valve seat. • The easy-to-replace multi-layer bimetallic graphite sealing ring. • The sturdy integral valve shaft design enables efficient torque conversion / effectively maintains torque. • The two-piece packing cover and graphite packing can minimize the risk of leakage. • The key fixes the valve shaft to the valve plate connection, ensuring the integrity of the valve shaft to the greatest extent. • Heavy-duty bearings can withstand high pressure loads and wear. • The woven graphite bearing protector effectively prevents dirty medium from invading, ensuring constant rotational torque and ensuring the continuous operability of the valve. • The internal and external valve shaft extrusion risk handling complies with international standards. • The flange countersink ensures the flatness of the bolt nuts and gaskets, improving the reliability and safety of the joint. • The opening/closing valve disc reference tool and external valve disc position indicator simplify the installation/removal process to/API 609.
