I.Technical Parameters
1.Temperature Measurement: Equipped with 15 temperature-measuring probes; temperature measurement range: 0-120℃, temperature resolution: 0.01℃, MPE: ±0.1℃.
2.Fluorescence Simulation:
Supports 15 uniformly distributed high-precision fluorescence emitters serving as PCR amplification fluorescence simulators; wavelength range of fluorescence emitters: 400nm～760nm; each fluorescence emitter enables brightness adjustment with a precision level of one ten-thousandth, relative light intensity range: 10%～100%, MPE: ±10%.
3.Fluorescence Emitter Parameterization:
Each fluorescence emitter supports independent parameter setting, which can simulate key variables in PCR reactions, such as Cycle Threshold (Cq/Ct) value, PCR amplification efficiency, background light intensity, and initial relative concentration.
4.PCR Reaction Simulation:
The software supports setting key parameters in simulated PCR reactions, including denaturation temperature, annealing temperature, melting temperature, and number of melting cycles, and can simulate fluorescence changes during PCR amplification and melting processes.
5.Data Cable Adaptability:
Data cables can be led out from the lower and right sides of the fluorescence calibration module, and the cables are detachable to adapt to different models of fluorescence PCR equipment.
6.Data Storage & Retrieval:
Supports offline data collection, storage, and export; data storage capacity is not less than 100,000 sets, and remote data viewing is supported.
7.Data Acquisition & Thermal Field Visualization:
Data acquisition speed is adjustable from 1 to 5 times per second to accurately reflect the heating and cooling rate of PCR reactions; temperature field changes of the equipment can be played in real time and replayed afterwards in the form of 2D/3D thermal imaging diagrams, facilitating the analysis and tracking of PCR equipment issues.
8.Calibration Report Generation:
The software can generate calibration reports that comply with JJF1527-2015 Calibration Specification for Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) Analyzers, including indicators such as linearity and relative concentration error.
