Magnetic Flap Level Gauge Series
The magnetic flap level gauge can be used for medium level detection of various tanks, towers, grooves, spherical containers, boilers and other equipment. It can achieve high sealing, leakage prevention and is suitable for occasions with high temperature, high pressure and corrosion resistance. It makes up for the defects such as easy breakage and difficult observation of glass tube (plate) level gauges, and has no blind area in the whole process observation, with clear display and large observation range. The materials of the magnetic flap level gauge include 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 316L, 0Cr18Ni9Ti, 1Cr18Ni9Ti + PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), PVC, PP and other materials and imported components, with excellent reliability and corrosion resistance.
The magnetic flap level gauge (also known as magnetic float level gauge) is manufactured according to the principle of buoyancy and magnetic coupling. When the measured container is filled with liquid and the liquid level rises and falls, the magnetic float in the body tube of the level gauge also rises and falls. The permanent magnet in the float transmits the magnetic signal to the magnetic flap indicator through magnetic coupling. The magnetic flap turns 180°. When the liquid level rises, the magnetic flap changes from white to red. When the liquid level falls, the magnetic flap changes from red to white. The red - white boundary of the indicator is the actual height of the liquid level in the container, thus realizing a clear indication of the liquid level. The interval between the two rows of the pointer display is 10mm, so the liquid level indicator error is ±10mm.
