3. Vibration Testing: Assesses vibration tolerance during transportation.
4. Impact Testing: Evaluates safety during impact events.
5. External Short-Circuit Testing: Examines response to external short-circuit conditions.
6. Collision Testing: Simulates impact scenarios.
7. Overcharge Test: Verifies safety during excessive charging.
8. Forced Discharge Test: Evaluates performance under forced discharge conditions.
IV. Certification Process#Testing and Certification
1. Application Submission: Enterprises submit certification applications to the certification body, providing relevant product information and technical documentation.
2. Product Testing: The certification body conducts all required tests on lithium battery products to determine compliance with UN38.3 standards.
3. Report Preparation: Upon completion of testing, the certification body prepares a certification report based on the test results.
4. Review and Certification: The certification body reviews the report. If requirements are met, it issues the UN38.3 certification certificate.
