Core Features: Primarily processes roll or sheet advertising materials (PP adhesive backing, lightbox fabric, vehicle stickers, photo paper, PVC boards, etc.). Uses solvent, eco-solvent, or water-based inks. Roll-fed equipment is the mainstream.

Main Rubber Roller Requirements (Roll-to-Roll Type):

Feed Roller: Located at the feeding end, it pulls the material into the machine. Requires good friction to prevent slipping, and the material must be compatible with inks (avoiding swelling or corrosion). Common materials: NBR (Nitrile Rubber), EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer).

Pressure Roller/Pressure Wheel: In the printing area, it presses the material tightly against the drive roller to ensure flatness and precise feeding. Requires high precision, wear resistance, moderate elasticity, and ink resistance. Common materials: PU (Polyurethane) – excellent wear resistance, solvent resistance, and precision; high-quality silicone (less common).

Drive Roller/Driving Roller: Typically a metal roller (steel or aluminum) with a rubber-coated or sandblasted surface to increase friction. This is the most critical transmission roller! The rubber layer must meet extremely high requirements: high wear resistance, high friction coefficient, stable dimensional accuracy, resistance to solvent/ink erosion, and minimal ink adhesion. PU material (special solvent-resistant formulations) is the first choice, while NBR/EPDM can be used in less demanding scenarios.

Guide Roller/Idler Roller: Guides the material path to prevent sagging or misalignment. These are numerous in quantity. Requires a smooth surface, smooth rotation, no damage to the material, and some solvent resistance. Common materials: NBR, EPDM, silicone (for low-friction requirements).

Take-up Roller: Located at the output end, it rolls up the printed material. Requires good friction to ensure tight winding. Common materials: NBR, EPDM.

Sheet-fed equipment has fewer rubber roller requirements: Mainly involves positioning or auxiliary pressure wheels on flatbeds, with material requirements similar to pressure rollers (primarily PU).
