Ink rollers are key components in the ink delivery system of a printing press. Their main function is to deliver a precise and even amount of ink to the printing plate. They are broadly classified into three types: inking rollers, transfer rollers, and impression rollers.

① Inking rollers (also known as ink fountain rollers) are used to extract a set amount of ink from the ink fountain each time (also known as ink distributing rollers).

② Transfer rollers receive this ink and distribute it evenly (also known as plate rollers).

③ Impression rollers are responsible for evenly distributing the transferred ink onto the printing plate.

The even distribution of ink ensures that the ink is transferred evenly and accurately to the printing plate, thus guaranteeing the quality of the printed product.



  1. Physical Properties
