The DTSL Pro-svr3 Fully Automatic Thermohygrometer Verification System is a brand-new independently developed fully automatic thermohygrometer photo recognition verification system by Tai'an Detu. The system is a fully automatic verification device composed of Detu's full range of temperature and humidity verification chambers, precision dew point meters, precision digital thermometers, photo-taking robots and automatic recognition systems.

The DTSL Pro-svr3 Fully Automatic Thermohygrometer Verification System supports automatic positioning, automatic photo-taking, automatic collection, automatic recognition, automatic calculation and automatic judgment. It completes the entire verification process fully automatically without manual intervention, and can realize the unattended detection mode for digital thermohygrometers.

Fully Automated Temperature & Humidity Control: Single-click initiation activates precise temperature and humidity regulation with automatic photographic verification. Supports calibration at preset T/H points, allows custom modification of settings, and enables automatic test resumption.

End-to-End Automated Calibration Cycle: Executes calibration based on setpoints automatically – captures images, performs recognition, inputs data directly into the system. Upon completion, auto-calculates results and determines pass/fail status, achieving operator-free, fully autonomous calibration.

Data Review & Adjustment: Facilitates manual verification of calibration data. Permits direct editing of temperature/humidity values within input fields; system dynamically updates all derived calculations.

Centralized Instrument Management: Manages submitted thermohygrometers within a unified platform. Supports bulk entry of instrument data for efficient handling.

Compatibility with Various Standard Devices: It is compatible with precision dew point meters and precision digital thermometers of multiple brands. The system can automatically collect data from standard devices.

Dual Positioning: It supports two positioning modes for thermohygrometers: automatic positioning and manual positioning. With a built-in intelligent rotary positioning device, it can automatically receive controller signals and adjust the relative position, thus realizing automatic data collection and photo archiving.

Customizable Report Templates: It supports previewing and printing of verification records. It also allows exporting verification records, generating Excel files and making customized modifications to them.

Modular Database Management: It supports the digital archiving of thermohygrometer information, verification data and image data. All data can be stored in the database for management.
