• Solution: First, check the input power line to confirm whether the power supply voltage is within the range of 20 to 32Vdc (system power supply) and 18 - 56VDC (independent power supply). If the voltage is abnormal, investigate and repair the power supply source. If the power supply voltage is normal, the power module may be faulty. It is necessary to contact professional maintenance personnel to replace or repair the power module.

• Communication Fault

• Fault Phenomenon: Communication with other devices is interrupted, and data cannot be transmitted or received normally.

• Possible Causes: Loose or damaged communication interface; incorrect communication protocol settings; interference with the communication line.

• Solution: Check whether the connections of communication interfaces such as RS232 and RS485 are firm. If loose, re-plug the connections. Confirm whether the communication protocol settings are consistent with the connected devices. If not, re-set the correct communication protocol parameters according to the device manual. If it is suspected that the communication line is interfered, check whether there are strong electromagnetic sources around the line. If so, take shielding measures, such as using shielded wires, adding shielding layers, etc., or replace the communication line.

• Fault Phenomenon: No signal output from one or more output channels, or abnormal signal acquisition from input channels.

• Possible Causes: Hardware damage to the channel; incorrect software configuration; on-site signal interference.

• Solution: For output channel faults, the channel status can be checked through the diagnostic function of the module. If it is determined to be hardware damage, the corresponding channel module (if replaceable separately) or the entire module (if the channel is not replaceable separately) needs to be replaced. For abnormal signal acquisition of input channels, first check the configuration parameters of the channel in the software, such as range settings, filter parameters, etc. If incorrect, adjust them. If the software configuration is correct, consider on-site signal interference. Check the shielding and grounding of the on-site signal line, and take corresponding anti-interference measures, such as optimizing grounding, adding filters, etc.

• Solution: If the calibration parameters are lost or incorrect, the module can be re-calibrated using professional calibration equipment according to the module's calibration manual to restore the correct calibration parameters. For the impact of environmental factors, check whether the environment where the module is located exceeds the specified operating temperature (-40°C to 70°C) and humidity range (10% to 95% non-condensing). If it exceeds, improve the environmental conditions, such as adding air conditioners, dehumidifiers, etc. If it is suspected that the accuracy degradation is caused by hardware aging, contact the manufacturer to evaluate whether the module needs to be replaced.
