Functional characteristics:

High-precision event recording: The timestamp accuracy can reach 0.25 milliseconds (for one card), combined with a 4-millisecond internal jitter elimination filter. Referring to the system clock time, it can precisely record the sequence of event occurrence, which is helpful for accurately analyzing the causes of process faults.

Multi-channel input: With 16 channels, each channel can be configured separately for digital input (DI) or sequential event input (SOE) operations, meeting various monitoring requirements.

High anti-interference capability: Each channel is optically isolated from the system. The factory test value is 1500VDC, which can effectively resist noise and interference, ensuring the accuracy and stability of signal transmission.

The signal detection is sensitive: The on detection level is > 2mA, the off detection level is <0.25mA, and the input impedance is approximately 5K ohm, which can accurately identify the on-off state of the signal.


Supports multiple devices: It can be connected to various digital field devices such as switches, encoders and sensors, serving as the interface between Emerson Ovation's distributed control system (DCS) and digital field devices to achieve data transmission and interaction.

On-board diagnostic function: It is equipped with on-board diagnostic function, which facilitates technicians to troubleshoot and maintain the system. It can promptly identify problems that occur during the operation of the module, reduce downtime, and enhance system reliability.

Wide operating temperature range: The operating temperature range is from -40 ℃ to + 70℃, capable of adapting to various harsh industrial environments and ensuring stable operation under different temperature conditions.

Shock and vibration resistance: Compliant with industrial shock and vibration standards, it can withstand a 10g½ -sine wave shock lasting for 11ms, as well as a 1mm peaking value (from 2 to 13.2Hz) and 0.7g (from 13.2 to 150Hz) vibration. It can operate reliably even in harsh mechanical environments.

Compact and lightweight design: It adopts a compact design, weighing approximately 480g, which is convenient for installation in control cabinets and panels, saves space, and is easy to integrate into existing systems.

Power industry: It is used in relay protection devices of thermal power plants and substations to monitor key signals such as the opening and closing of circuit breakers and the operation of relays. Monitor events such as steam turbine tripping, generator excitation switch operation, and auxiliary machine start-up and shutdown.

Petrochemical industry: Monitoring signal inputs such as pressure switches and temperature sensors that trigger ESD in chemical plants; Monitor the operating status of the agitator in the reaction vessel, the signal of valve opening and closing in place, etc., to achieve sequential control of process steps.
