Flat polyurethane oil hose is a high-pressure water and oil hose that can be transported by positive pressure and can be flattened and coiled. It adopts a one-time co extrusion process and consists of a TPU inner adhesive layer, a fiber-reinforced layer, and a TPU outer adhesive layer. Conductive metal wires are added to the fiber layer to solve the static electricity problem generated by the hose during the oil transportation process. The safe and efficient transportation of oil can transport various media such as gas, water, oil, etc.
Features: Light weight, high pressure resistance, soft texture, can be coiled, easy to operate, fast laying and dismantling speed, flexible and adaptable to the environment, and durable in use.
Application scope: It can be widely used for laying temporary transportation lines for oil supply, transporting mortar and cement in the field of petroleum exploration, etc
