Oilfield PU Frac Hose for Shale Gas & Oil Develop

At present, the commonly used fracturing method for shale oil and gas exploitation domestic and global is hydraulic fracturing, which is to crack the formation through high-pressure fluid to generate fluid channels with strong conductivity, so as to improve production. Because the environment for shale oil and gas production is not suitable for direct transportation of water, dedicated hydraulic hoses for shale oil and gas production are used during the fracturing process.Nipple and Clamp: 


Hydraulic fracturing water supply hoses for shale oil and gas production are mainly used to transport fracturing fluids with large flow and high pressure over a long distance during hydraulic fracturing of shale oil and gas production, and to send contaminated fluids back from underground to sewage treatment plants.

 

 Shale oil and gas exploitation fracturing water supply hose is a kind of single-forming co-extruded double-sided polyurethane hose, which is composed of inner TPU layer, fiber reinforced layer and outer TPU layer. The inner and outer layer are made of polyurethane elastomer material with ultra-high wear resistance, and the braided layer is made of high-strength polyester filament.


It is flat when it is not in use, which has the advantages of small volume, easy winding, convenient storage and transportation. Products with high strength, long length, large diameter, high pressure, abrasion resistance, puncture resistance, weather resistance, chemical resistance, large flow, convenient connection and other characteristics, can adapt to different landforms and geomorphology, can be widely used in a variety of complex environments.
