2. Detailed Explanation of Five-Axis Motor Functions
Motor Axis Function Description Analogous to Traditional Equipment
Y1 Motor Positioning Motor: Responsible for driving the rotation of the plate position, switching the gemstone processing surface. Like the rotation function of an octagonal hand or mechanical hand.
Y2 Motor Pressure Motor: Controls the angle and pressure of downward grinding/polishing.
Y3 Motor Horizontal Movement Motor: Left-right movement of the machine head, used for switching between the grinding disc and polishing disc.
Y4 Motor Lifting Motor: Controls the lifting of the machine head, adjusting the processing height. Like the lifting platform of an octagonal hand.
Y5 Motor Travel Motor: Controls the swing amplitude and distance of grinding/polishing.

4. 1. Startup and Selection
· After startup, click on the main interface [Menu].
· Select [Gemstone Type Selection] → [Circular].
2. Parameter Settings
· Enter [Parameter View and Modification], confirm or fine-tune the top surface parameters.
· Enter [Polishing Parameters], ensure the first layer parameters are enabled.
3. Start Running
· Return to the main interface, turn on [Run Mode].
· Click [Start] button, the machine is ready to run.
4. Batch Processing Settings
· When prompted, set rules for the Y1 motor (positioning motor).
· Select [Rule Batch Input].
· Input the number of gemstones to be processed (for example: 8 plate positions).
· After confirmation, the machine will start automatic batch processing.
