I. Equipment Overview
This 6th-generation CNC gemstone processing machine integrates rough grinding, fine grinding, and polishing. It is suitable for precision batch processing of over 50 faceted gemstone shapes, including round, oval, square, pear, and heart shapes. The machine is controlled by five stepper motors, offering a high degree of automation. One operator can manage three machines simultaneously, significantly reducing labor costs.

III. Processing Capability
· Shapes Supported: Round, oval, square, rectangle, triangle, pear, heart, drop, marquise, and over 50 common/custom shapes. Capable of saving 50 custom settings.
· Processing Size: 2mm–50mm / 0.08–2.0 inches
· Processing Function: Grinding and polishing completed in one operation.
· Processing Efficiency: Natural gemstone, 15mm round brilliant cut, 8 indexes, 3-layer crown and pavilion grinding/polishing: approx. 2 minutes per piece.

IV. Structure & Control System
Equipped with five stepper motors, each controlling different axial movements for precision processing:
Motor Function Description
Y1 Controls index position (similar to an 8-index handpiece); supports regular batch input of index numbers.
Y2 Adjusts downward grinding angle and pressure; controls distance from the lap.
Y3 Controls left/right oscillation of the head; adjusts lap contact position, amplitude, and frequency.
Y4 Controls vertical lift adjustment; overall height adjustable for each layer and polishing.
Y5 Controls forward/backward movement; each layer position can be set independently.
V. Brief Operating Procedure
1. Select gemstone type (e.g., round).
2. View and adjust top surface parameters.
3. Set grinding parameters (first layer).
4. Select "Start" to begin automatic operation.
5. In Y1 parameters, select "Regular Batch Input" → Enter index number (e.g., 8) → Confirm batch input.
VI. Processing Workflow
Raw material → Cutting → Shaping → Barrel polishing → Stone adhesion → Table pressing → Facet grinding → Facet polishing → Surface polishing → Stone flipping → Girdling → Pavilion sanding → Pavilion polishing → Stone removal
