This equipment is a CNC grinding and polishing machine specifically designed for processing hard materials such as tungsten steel and ceramics. It is particularly suitable for surface finishing of precision components like watch bezels. Integrating rough grinding, fine grinding, and polishing into one process, it completes the entire workflow in a single setup, significantly enhancing production efficiency and machining precision.

· High-Precision Four-Axis Control: Precisely coordinated by four stepper motors:
· Y1 Axis: Controls the rotational positioning of the workpiece clamping device (e.g., eight-jaw chuck or manipulator).
· Y2 Axis: Adjusts the downward pressure and angle of the grinding head, ensuring precise control of grinding force.
· Y3 Axis: Drives the machine head for left-right movement, used for setting grinding time parameters, and can automatically move the head to the side of the grinding plate for dressing or replacement.
· Y4 Axis: Manages the vertical movement of the workpiece lifting table, facilitating loading and unloading.
· Efficient Integrated Processing: Built-in complete process procedures allow rough grinding, fine grinding, and polishing to be completed in one cycle without needing to change equipment or fixtures midway.
· Fast Output: Single-piece processing time is only 5 minutes, meeting mass production requirements.
· Multilingual System: Equipped with an English operation interface for user convenience.
