I. Equipment Overview
CNC grinding and polishing machine specifically designed for watch bezels (tungsten steel, ceramic, glass, etc.). Supports workpiece diameters from 5–50 mm. Average processing speed: approx. 2 minutes/piece.
II. Core Control System (PLC + 4-Axis Stepper Motors)
PLC programming control (supports Chinese/English interface) with 4 stepper motors working in coordination:
Axis Function Description Adjustable/Configurable Parameters
Y1 Rotary plate control (similar to octagonal hand/manipulator) Number of stations (e.g., 8), start positions for different shapes/layers
Y2 Lifting adjustment (similar to octagonal hand lift table) Lift height for each layer, overall polishing lift height (higher value = higher position)
Y3 Left/right head swing (approach/retract from polishing disc) Contact position, swing amplitude, swing count (separate settings for grinding/polishing)
Y4 Downward grinding angle/force (distance from disc) Polishing force, disc clearance height (set per layer)
