Computerized Double Column Tensile Testing Machine is used to test the mechanical properties of various materials such as static load, tensile, compression, bending,shearing, tearing, peeling and other mechanical properties of mechanical equipment. It is suitable for plastic plates, pipes, and other materials. Various physical and mechanical performance tests of profiles, plastic films and rubber, wires and cables, steel,fiberglass and other materials are developed for materials.

Applications

1. Accurate force measurement: Using advanced high-precision force sensors, the force measurement accuracy can reach ±0.2% FS (full scale), which is at the leading level in the same type of products. Whether it is a soft material with low strength or a special alloy with high strength, it can accurately measure the change of force value in the process of tensile stretching, which provides an extremely reliable data base for the assessment of material strength.
2. Wide-range displacement monitoring: the use of high-resolution displacement sensors, displacement measurement resolution of 0.001mm, can accurately track the material in the tensile process of displacement changes, from small deformation to a larger amount of stretch, can be clearly recorded, to help draw accurate stress - strain curve, in-depth analysis of the mechanical properties of the material.
3. A variety of material testing capabilities: metal, plastic, rubber, fiber, composite materials and other types of common materials for tensile strength testing. By equipping special fixtures of different materials and structures, it can meet the testing needs of samples of different shapes and sizes.
For example, round chuck for round metal bars, flat plate fixture for flat plastic plates, etc., to ensure that the samples are securely clamped and the force is transmitted evenly and accurately during the testing process.
4. Flexible loading control: supports uniform loading, constant rate loading and customized loading modes. Users can set the loading speed flexibly according to the material properties, testing standards or research needs, ranging from 0.001 - 300mm/min. When testing plastic materials, according to their viscoelastic characteristics, you can choose the appropriate loading speed to obtain accurate mechanical property data.
