Us-650 Camless Winding Machine

The machine has six axes: the wire feeding axis, the winding axis, the wire arranging axis, and the arm axis (4 axes). The forming part is completed by the coordination of the arm axis, with each axis being independent yet interconnected.

The machine is equipped with an independent wire feeding device, capable of single, multiple, and arbitrary length wire feeding.

The winding axis is directly mounted on the arm axis, controlled by two sets of servo systems for synchronous operation. It can perform forward and reverse winding, tight winding, and pitch winding, and can achieve single-layer, multi-layer, and simple winding.

The machine uses imported servos and planetary gear reducers for transmission, ensuring high operational precision.

The machine features a computer-operated interface, allowing for the saving of setup parameters for various product specifications.
