The main function of the precision salt spray test chamber is to simulate the marine salt spray environment, accelerated corrosion testing of materials, in order to assess the corrosion resistance of materials in actual use. Its core functions include:
Salt spray function: Through the spray system, the brine solution is atomized into fine salt spray particles, which are evenly distributed in the test chamber to simulate the real salt spray environment.
Temperature control: the equipment can accurately control the temperature inside the test chamber, ranging from room temperature to 60℃, to meet the testing needs of different materials.
Humidity adjustment: Through the humidification system and dehumidification system, the humidity inside the test chamber is precisely controlled to ensure the stability of the test environment.
Drying function: When drying test is required, the equipment can reduce the humidity inside the test chamber to the set value through the heating system and ventilation system to simulate a dry environment.
Cyclic test: The equipment can be set up in a variety of test modes, such as continuous salt spray test, cyclic salt spray test (salt spray-drying-wetting cycle), etc., to meet the test requirements of different standards.

The spray system adopts compressed air atomization technology, the salt spray particles are fine and uniform, with a diameter between 1~5μm, which can better simulate the real salt spray environment.

Third, the use of the process: simple and easy to understand, convenient operation
Equipment inspection: Before use, check whether the power supply, water source and gas source of the equipment are normal to ensure that the equipment is in good working condition. Check whether the spraying system, heating system, control system, etc. are in normal operation, and if there is any abnormality, it should be dealt with in time.
Prepare samples: Clean the samples to be tested and remove oil, dust and other impurities on the surface. According to the test standards and requirements, cut, grind, polish and other pre-treatment of the sample to ensure that the sample surface is flat and smooth.
Configuration of brine solution: Configure suitable brine solution according to the test standards and requirements. In general, the concentration of brine solution is 5% (mass fraction), i.e., add 50 grams of sodium chloride in 1 liter of water. Pour the configured brine solution into the brine tank of the equipment and make sure that the liquid level in the brine tank is within the specified range.
Setting test parameters: through the touch screen control system of the equipment, set the temperature, humidity, salt spray settling rate, test time and other parameters required for the test. According to the test standards and requirements, select the appropriate test mode, such as continuous salt spray test, cyclic salt spray test and so on.
Placement of samples: Place the pre-treated samples on the sample rack inside the test chamber, make sure that the samples do not touch each other, and keep a certain distance between the samples and the spray nozzle. The samples should be evenly distributed so that the salt spray can be evenly sprayed on the sample surface.
Start the test: Close the door of the test chamber and make sure that the door is well sealed. Press the start button of the device, the device will run automatically according to the set parameters. During the test, the user can view the test data and equipment operation status in real time through the touch screen control system.
Observation record: During the test, regularly observe the surface changes of the sample, such as the degree of corrosion and discoloration. According to the test standards and requirements, record the test data and observation results for subsequent analysis and evaluation.
End test: After the test, the equipment will stop running automatically. Open the door of the test chamber and take out the sample for subsequent testing and evaluation. According to the test results, determine whether the corrosion resistance of the material meets the requirements.
