Product Description
The new Trinder's reagent DAOS (3,5-Diacetyl-1,4-dihydrolutidine), CAS number 83777-30-4, has the advantages of high water solubility and sensitive reaction, so it is commonly used in clinical testing kits, such as uric acid and renal function tests. As the finished product produced is a powder, it needs to be prepared into a solution when used, and many people are not clear about the specific operation and some precautions. Method for preparing DAOS solution
Dissolve DAOS powder in the calculated PBS buffer, and adjust the specific solubility as needed.
2. Dissolve 4-aminoantipyrine (4-AA) in PBS buffer to prepare a 4-AA solution.
3. Prepare a 2 U/ml horseradish peroxidase solution using PBS.
