Microfiltration membrane system
Product Introduction:
Microfiltration membrane system is widely used in biopharmaceuticals, biofermentation, animal and plant extraction, food and beverage, cosmetics and other fields, mainly used for material clarification, filtration and other processes.
The rolled microfiltration membrane belongs to the composite membrane with medium pore size. The pore size range of the microfiltration membrane is 0.1-10μm. It can intercept large suspended impurities such as colloids, particles, fats and bacteria during filtration, and allow sugars, proteins, salts and other small molecules to pass through the membrane. The microfiltration membrane has an asymmetric pore structure, with tighter surface pores to control retention, and more open pores in the cross section to optimize flux. The operating pressure of the microfiltration membrane is generally: 0.3-7bar.
