Strong Alkali Resistant Dispersant Anjeka6190A Wetting and Viscosity Reducing Dispersant
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Anjeka 6190A is a polymeric dispersant which is the standard additive for resin-free pigment concentrates, and suitable for aqueous coating systems, printing inks and adhesives. It is mainly used for grinding inorganic pigments such as titanium dioxide, matting powder, calcium powder, etc. It has good viscosity-reducing properties and it has excellent alkali resistance

APPLICATION GUIDELINES
Water-based inks, coatings, water-based general-purpose pastes
Features and Benefits:
The additive makes the pigments to deflocculated by the effect of steric hindrance stabilization. Due to the small particle size of the deflocculated pigments, high gloss is achieved and colour intensity is improved. In addition, the transparency of transparent pigments and the hiding power of opaque pigments are improved. Due to the reduced viscosity, the flow is improved, and the pigment content can be increased.
The additive is particularly suitable to produce stable resin-free pigment concentrates, and the pigment content is 30 to 70%.These Pigment concentrates can be used for the paint mixing of standard waterborne base materials, such as acrylic acid dispersions or water-soluble acrylic acid resins as well as acrylic acid emulsions.

This additive is also recommended to produce the stable resin-free pigment concentrates, and for the preparation of waterborne coatings without floating.
RECOMMENDED LEVELS
Additive dosage (in purchased form) based on pigment.
Inorganic pigments: 2-10%
Organic pigments: 10%-80%
Carbon black: 10%-100%
The above figures are empirical and the optimum dosage should be determined through a series of experiments.
INCORPORATION AND PROCESSING INSTRUCTIOS
It should add before grinding and provides a good general effect in water soluble, aqueous dispersions and emulsion systems.
