Brief introduction
SPJ-6225 is a multi-anti-scale product which is composed by highly efficient dispersant, anti-scaling agent. It is mainly used to clean and disperse sticky mud, hydrocarbons and organic sediments in cooling water system. It is commonly used in the pre-film program.
After the adjustment of spj-6225, sludge, sediment and other suspended material will show a highly free-flowing state without deposition, curing at the metal surface and low-velocity area. Potential calcium and other forms of dirt in the system will be suppressed and no longer form hard scale and won’t deposit. With a clean metal surface, corrosion under the scale will not occur.

Usage
The product should be added continuously into the re-cycling cooling water system by pump, normal dosage is 30-80 mg/L. Ensure that the product be well mixed and disperse completely in the system. The dosage should be 150-250mg/L when the system is in seriously contamination or in the pre-film processing.
Packing and storage
The product is packed in 25L or 200L plastic drums, or packed according to customers’ requirements. It should be kept in cool, ventilated warehouses. Guaranty period: two years.
The product is acid, so it can’t mix-use with strong alkaline, oxidizing, reducing substances. Users should wear personal protective equipment such as: rubber gloves, goggles, gas masks and chemical aprons when use the product. The product should be sealed when not in use.
