[Product overview]
Dispersant WS is a kind of general-purpose anionic diffusion, it can dye in the dye bath stable dispersions, thus improve the dyeing uniformity and color fastness, promote after washing of dispersing floating color, keep back from color. This product is no wettability and detergency, in acid medium, have affinity to animal fiber and
nylon, suitable for cotton, polyester and polyester/cotton fabric after dyeing and washing the spread of the agent.

solubility: compatible with all of the anionic and non-ionic products. In alkaline bath, also can be compatible with cationic products such as Peregal P, but will be in the neutral and acidic bath with the precipitation.
Dissolved solution: soluble in 10 to 20 times the weight of boiling water, or the same quantity of hot water in this product, then stir to dissolve. This product is 10% concentration of stock solution, clear, at room temperature and excellent stability.

VAT dye
1, the VAT dye liquid reserves:
VAT dye 5-10 grams/liter, dispersant WS can dramatically improve the storage stability of VAT dye liquid reserves, this product Should join before VAT dye.
2, jig dyeing:
2 grams/liter, dispersant WS can improve the dye bath stability, also can prevent the contamination of acid leuco, such as using the Yin Dan ,The occasion of indanthrene blue staining.
3, bobbin yarn dyeing and rope dyeing :
1-3 g/l, can prevent dye dispersants WS particle coalescence in dye bath and yarn or fabric filter out. Especially suitable for VAT dye full suspension or half suspension dyeing process.
4, rolling - steaming process:
In chemical groove, 2 grams/liter, dispersant WS can prevent the loss of the dye particles aggregation; After steaming, also helps to remove not dye fixation; In the oxidation of VAT dye bath, can prevent the newly formed insoluble dye aggregation.
Disperse dye
0.5-2 g/l, WS dispersant, help to improve the disperse dye in the dyeing process of dispersion stability, dosage is determined by the dispersion properties of the dyes and their. In a small bath ratio in the dyeing process, dosage should be increased.
5, dispersant WS not only can improve the dye dispersion stability, also can prevent after dyeing floating color gathered in cooling process.
Washing after printing
Disperse dye
6, in acetate fiber and nylon blended fabric printing after washing process, can prevent
disperse dye dispersants WS contamination nylon components. Dosage is 1-1.5 g/l.
Cationic dye
7, anionic dispersant WS has affinity to the cationic dye, it can be used for printing after
washing. 0.5-1 g/l.
