Product Description

Rubbers' Chevron 'V/Y/C' Pattern (Profiled) Conveyor Belts are specially designed belts that feature a series of cleats or ribs on the surface of the belt. The cleats are in a 'V', 'Y' or 'C' shape, which helps to prevent materials from sliding back down the conveyor belt. These belts are ideal for transporting materials that require steep inclines or declines, as the chevron profile provides excellent grip and stability.

Chevron belting is made with E.P. fabric plies. The top and bottom are provided with abrasion resistant rubber covers to DIN 22102 and BS 409. All belts are suitable for jointing by vulcanising or by mechanical belt fasteners.

Used mainly for inclined conveyors of more than 18 degree angles, our C15 range can carry materials up to inclines of 30°, and our C25 range up to 40°.

Feature:

1. Excellent weather resistance and property of cleat, not easy to crack and become deformed.
2. High abrasive high tensile cleats.
3. Good flexibility and tear resistance.
4. Integrated vulcanized cleats and base belt prevent the cleats from coming off.
5. Different rubber property and carcass strength can be designed according to requirement.
