Product Description
Rough top conveyor belt is with cushioning and anti-slippery or anti-skid effects. Due to its coarse and soft rugged surface pattern on the top cover, it gives high friction between belt and the carried load. Indeed, these type of belts are also called as Wavy top belts.
For conveying fragile or easily deformable goods such as paper sacks, parcels and cardboard boxes, particularly on conveyors with an incline, we recommend you to use a rough-top conveyor belt. Unlike regular smooth conveyor belts, rough-top conveyor belts have specially designed covers. It can offer maximum grip to the conveyed goods. The belt covers feature a rough rubber print on the top cover. The rough top is applied using a special process with impression fabric, similar to a mold. The back of the belt can be supplied either with or without a rubber cover. And that is often called dry-back or fabric back belt.
