TRX Conveyor Belting range of PU and PVC conveyor belting are suitable for light to medium weight conveying of products such as meat, fish, confectionary and packaging. PU and PVC conveyor belts are durable, flexible and provide excellent resistance against fats, oils and chemicals.
Polyurethane (PU) round belt are also called PU cords. They are able to be used in wet environment and in clean rooms. They come in two colors Orange and Green. Where the orange color one has a smooth surface while the green color one has a rough surface.
The tensile reinforcement in round belts is constructed of aramid fibres for pu belts and polyester fibres for polyester elastomer belts. Reinforcement prevents belt elongation and reduces tension take up during belt installation. Round reinforced belts are especially suited to the following cases:
• Long centre distance
• Transporting heavy loads
• Accumulation or full-load start

2. wrapped by plastic film with wood pallet
