General Introduction:
The white conveyor belt has excellent abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, oil resistance, non-toxic, hygienic and easy to clean, high tensile strength, non-adhesion, non-absorption, and self-lubrication.
The white rubber conveyor belt production line is specially set up independently and complies with FDA food grade certification. The main materials are ordinary cotton, nylon, polyester(EP). It can be divided into flat, chevron, pattern and sidewall. Its main ingredients are natural rubber and white carbon black.
For harmful chemical excipients, it is formulated in a small amount in strict accordance with the proportion of national standards. It is widely used in food, meat, poultry, fruit and vegetable processing, and other deep processing lines.
Features:
1, using high-strength high-quality cotton, nylon, polyester canvas as the core, the belt body is good elasticity, not easy to deform.
2, using pure natural rubber and non-pollution compounding agent to make the white or light color, no pollution, no impact on food hygiene, odor cover.
3, product formula design is reasonable, in line with health indicators, moderate color, light and durable.

White Conveyor Belt debossed chevron conveyor belt for food
The universal fabric conveyor belts are made of EP, NN or Cotton fabric and finished through the processes of calendaring, firming and vulcanizing, etc.
It is suitable to convey in normal temperature non-corrosive pointless lumps, granules or powders such as coal, coke, sand and cement in bulk or packaged.
Belts with cover grade are in accordance to International standards such as DIN 22102, RMA, AS 1332, SABS 1173/2000, IS 1891, BS 490, JIS K 6322, etc.
