Product Introduction
The ss laser cutting machine adopts RAYCUS fiber laser source, an integral gantry-type mechanism system and an intelligent laser cutting head.
It can support large, effective processing formats and intelligent cutting with long service life and smooth cutting effect.
In addition, the aluminum laser cutting machine has a complete dust-proof and anti-pollution design, which greatly improves the stability of the machine’s performance, processing efficiently and fluently.
Product Features
1. The aluminum laser cutting machine is equipped with an intelligent laser cutting head, a non-contact capacitive sensor, which can automatically detect the actual position of the metal sheet; Its automatic focusing function makes it unnecessary to refocus the metal plate when changing it, greatly improving work efficiency and machining accuracy.
2. The ss laser cutting machine is equipped with an integral gantry-type mechanism and a knife-shaped working platform, which decrease the motion inertia and improve running speed and processing precision. This ensures that the optical path remains constant, and enlarge the effective cutting range.
4.The ss laser cutting machine is equipped with Ncstudio control system, which uses optical fiber communication to exchange data with the machine tool drive system in a fast and stable fashion; ensures the synchronization of the machine tool and its stability at 5-40m/min cutting speed and greatly improves the working life of the machine’s tools and motors.
4. 2000 watts water chiller of the aluminum laser cutting machine ensures the stable operation of the fiber laser source. Its features are: reliable operation, low noise and long-lasting durability. By cooling the external laser path mirror and the focusing mirror of the machine, it ensures stable, high quality laser beam transmission and effectively prevents the lens from overheating, deformation or bursting.
5. The aluminum laser cutting machine is equipped with a RAYCUS brand 2000 watts fiber laser source, which has 2000w high laser power, average and round laser beam quality, and high electro-optic efficiency. It is maintenance-free and has a long service life.
6. Intelligent phone-sized remote control DSP handle of the ss laser cutting machine can meet the on-hand operation, enable users to perform cutting, moving, calibration, emergency stop and many other operations at any time.
