      VL53L1X is a state-of-the-art time-of-flight (ToF), laser rangefinder sensor that enhances ST's sense of flight ™ Product series. This is the fastest miniature temperature sensor on the market, with a precise range of 4 meters and a fast range frequency of 50 hertz, housed in a miniature and flowable package. It integrates a SPAD receiver array, a 940nm stealth Class 1 laser emitter, a physical infrared filter, and optical coverage window options to achieve optimal range performance under various environmental lighting conditions.

       Unlike traditional infrared sensors, the VL53L1X uses ST's latest generation ToF technology, allowing for absolute distance measurement regardless of target color and reflectivity.
