1. Product description
QY68 is a substance with a cyclic amidine chemical structure. It can be used as a curing agent for pure epoxy powder coatings and as a curing accelerator for epoxy polyester powder coating

Content: >99.9%
3. Usage and Performance
1. It can be used as a curing agent for highly active epoxy resin powder coatings, and can achieve rapid curing of 30min/140℃ or 3~5min/200℃;
2. For pure epoxy powder or epoxy/polyester mixed systems using Dicyandiamide as a curing agent, QY2160 can be used as an accelerator;
3. As a curing agent, add 6-7 parts of QY2160 to every 100 parts of epoxy resin (epoxy equivalent 700-900).
4. Packaging, Storage and Precautions
1. Polyethylene lined paper-plastic composite bag, net weight of each bag is 25 kg;
2. Store in a cool and dry place. Please seal the product after use. Moisture absorption will cause product quality fluctuations. This product has a certain irritation to the respiratory tract. Use dust masks, gloves and other protective equipment during operation;
3. The validity period is 1 year at normal temperature. It can be used after passing the test after the expiration date.
