QY9217 Anti-yellowing Agent
1.Description
QY9217 anti-yellowing agent is used in natural gas ovens. It can capture and neutralize the free radicals generated by light, heat and oxygen in the powder coating, effectively preventing thermal oxidation degradation during the long-term aging of the coating and preventing yellowing caused by oxidation.

It has good compatibility, does not affect other properties of the powder, can improve the yellowing resistance of resins and some pigments, can prevent premature oxidation and yellowing of the coating in an environment prone to oxidation or at normal temperature, and can also prevent the coating from yellowing at a certain high temperature. It can react with sulfur, nitrogen and its oxides generated by natural gas combustion to generate other substances that are not easy to yellow. After comparison, there is a significant difference when baking at 230 degrees Celsius in powder coatings.

Suitable for all kinds of powder coatings, dosage 03-0.8%, mixed with other raw materials for extrusion.
5. Storage conditions
Carton 25Kg/box, with aluminum foil packaging bag inside, stored in a cool and dry place, sealed and not exposed to air.
