1. Product description

QY901A degassing agent is a modified synthetic microcrystalline wax used as a degassing agent for powder coatings. it has good degassing effect and anti-yellowing performance, and can be used as a substitute for benzoin in powder coatings to eliminate pinholes and improving yellowing.

Melting range: 135-145 (℃)

Content: >99.0%

3. Usage and performance

1. It helps to reduce the melt viscosity of powder coatings and improve the wetting of resin on the substrate and improve the dispersion of pigments.

2. It has heat resistance and anti-yellowing properties, and can be used in various powder coatings system, especially HAA curing system powder coatings, and can prepare thick coatings, bubble-free, and non-yellowing powder coatings.

3. It can improve the scratch resistance of the coating surface.

4. Premix before melt extrusion,dosage: 0.5~1.5% . Excessive use may cause matting.

4. Packaging, storage and precautions

1. Packaging: 20 kg polyethylene lined multi-layer packaging.

2. Store in a cool and dry place. Please seal the product after use. This product has a certain irritation to the respiratory tract. Use dust masks, gloves and other protective equipment during operation.

3. Valid for 1 year at normal temperature.
