Description
TP3011 is a resin type matt curing agent with epoxy resin as a co-reactant with epoxy under ratio of 1:1.4 designed for use in polyester/epoxy hybrid powder coating systems to provide about 8% low gloss and excellent coating resistance, surface hardness and scratch resistance.

Technical features
1. Excellent matt effect. The gloss can reach 8% (60˚) and be more stable and easy to adjust.
2. Participation in curing reaction, the coating has a higher hardness and scratch resistance.
3. Good leveling performance, can reach smooth coating.
4. Has a reactive group, significantly increasing the adhesion of the coating.
5. Widely used in all types of polyester resins.
Dosage
1. Mix together with other ingredients in the formulation in a high-speed mixer and then extruded through an extruder.
2. Recommended dosage is 1-6% of the total weight of the formulation, depending on the desired gloss. Based on the chemical equivalent of TP3011, an additional 1.4 parts by weight of E12 epoxy resin is required to react with TP3011 parts by weight per part by weight.
