NR111E Stabilizer IC SANKEN Dealer Supply DCDC SOIC 8

The 110E series is a step-down switching stabilizer IC with built-in power MOSFET. Adopts current control method and supports ultra-low ESR ceramic capacitors. It has over-current protection (OCP), under-voltage protection (UVLO), over-heat protection (TSD) and other protection functions. Features an externally adjustable soft-start function to prevent inrush current at startup. Input a signal to the EN pin from the outside to turn the IC on and off. It has the function of improving efficiency under light load. Built-in phase compensation circuit, no need for external phase compensation components. It is packaged in a small, thin SOIC 8-pin package with a heat sink on the inside.
