Three-in-one feeder (medium plate) Features

1. This machine is suitable for various metal coils with a thickness of 0.8-4.5mm. The three-in-one feeder is developed and designed to save space and be easy to operate.

2. The worm gear lifting system can easily adjust the discharge height to fully meet the different mold line heights and ensure smoother feeding.

3. Adopting Yaskawa human-machine interface control system, you can easily set parameters, monitor and protect by simply tapping the LCD touch screen.

4. Adopting Japan Yaskawa's high-precision and high-power servo drive motor to ensure accurate feeding and fully automatic feeding with the punch press.

5. The material roll device adopts hydraulic expansion to reduce labor intensity and safety accidents.

6. The material roll automatic pressing device avoids the rebound and loosening of thick materials.



1. The leveling roller adopts imported high-quality bearing steel.
After high-frequency, quenching and hard chrome plating, the surface hardness can reach HRC62℃ or above,
with good wear resistance, and high-strength correction

ability to achieve ideal flatness.

2. An adjustable reinforcement device is installed in the middle of the drum to increase the rigidity of the roller,
 prevent the deformation of the drum, and better ensure the leveling accuracy.

3. The machine has an automatic feeding and guiding device,
which can automatically guide the material into the feeder,
which is safe and labor-saving.

of the tension of the material rack,
