High-Efficiency Extruder: Equipped with a specially designed screw and barrel made of nitrided alloy steel, ensuring excellent plasticizing capability and uniform melt output. The extruder motor is driven by a frequency inverter for precise speed control and energy savings.
Precision Corrugation Mould & Vacuum Forming: The forming unit uses a chain-driven mould block system with independent vacuum calibration, producing pipes with accurate inner and outer diameters and smooth corrugation profiles. Mould change is quick and tool-free for different diameters.
Advanced Cooling System: Multi-stage water spray cooling reduces internal stress and ensures consistent pipe shaping, resulting in high ring stiffness and impact resistance.
Integrated Haul-off & Cutting: The caterpillar haul-off provides stable traction without pipe deformation, and the automatic planetary cutter delivers clean, burr-free cuts with length accuracy within ±2 mm.
User-Friendly PLC Control: Siemens or Mitsubishi PLC with a touch screen interface enables one-person operation, real-time monitoring, and parameter storage for repeat orders.
