The leveling roller adopts vertical transmission, upper 3/lower 4 structure, and the upper leveling assembly is equipped with an auxiliary roller. The bending direction of the material can be adjusted according to the needs. The full-drive correction design can improve the surface flatness of the plate, which is suitable for the needs of high-precision and high-requirement processing. 1. The roller adjustment adopts the pioneering scoring adjustment method instead of the traditional dial indicator adjustment method. No additional correction is required, and the debugging is simpler, more accurate, and the service life is longer. 2. The leveling wheel is made of bearing steel (SUJ2), which is heat-treated HRC60°, hard chrome-plated on the surface, and then ground to have high hardness, high wear resistance and long service life. 3.
