The roller is made of solid bearing material, heat treated, chrome-plated and then ground, with high hardness, excellent wear resistance and extremely long life. | Features 1. The main shaft adopts hydraulic expansion system to tighten the material with large tightening force and good safety. 2. There are 7 leveling rollers (arranged 4/3 on ￠85), made of high-strength rolling bearing steel GCr15, tempered and quenched by frequency modulation. The hardness can reach HRC60~62° after hard chrome plating on the surface, and the dimensional accuracy can reach 0.01mm, ensuring high-precision leveling. 3. The feeding and relaxation adopts pneumatic compression and relaxation, which can generate enough pulling force to send the material to the leveling roller and rotate synchronously. 4. A folding device is installed at the front end of the leveling feeding roller, and the movable roller is pulled by the cylinder. When the material is first fed, it is not easy to enter the straightening machine due to the bending of the material head. The material head is forced into the flattening device and then sent to the straightening machine. 5. The leveling roller uses a high-power motor (5-16HP) with a worm gear reducer (30:1) to transmit the leveling material to the leveling machine through a sprocket chain, which can generate a large leveling force. The operating speed of the motor is controlled by the inverter, which is convenient and reliable. 6. The upper and lower leveling rollers use large-modulus gear synchronous transmission, which has a large correction force, does not rub the material surface, and will not scratch the material. The fine-tuning part uses a worm gear fine-tuning device. It has high adjustment accuracy, high pressure, and easy operation. |
