| Leveling Machine Features After the material is corrected by this machine, it is smooth and has no indentation, and does not damage the surface of the material. It is especially suitable for leveling thin materials such as thin stainless steel, copper sheets, iron sheets and aluminum sheets, and can achieve high-quality leveling effects. It is developed for the purpose of precision processing. It uses Japanese precision bearings, equipped with intermittent automatic circulation oil lubrication device and recovery device, which reduces the wear of gears and prolongs their life. It can also work at high temperature for a long time, ensuring high precision of leveling. This machine can be used alone, and can be used together with different types of automatic feed racks such as MT, MTC, DBMT (Disk feed rack), MTD (Double end feed rack), etc., for better results. One-point pressing device is convenient for leveling adjustment and higher leveling accuracy. | |||||

| ⊙ TL series standard precision leveling machine is an automated equipment specially designed for precision stamping and leveling of thin materials with a thickness of 0.4-2.2mm and a width of 0-600mm. ⊙ Use 9 small-diameter leveling rollers and add back pressure rollers above and below the working rollers to ensure sufficient power in precision processing and fundamentally eliminate the residual stress of the material. ⊙ All rollers are driven by vertical universal joints, with small gaps, uniform speed, and not easy to damage the product surface. ⊙ Use Japanese precision bearings, equipped with intermittent automatic circulation oil lubrication device and recovery device, reduce gear wear and extend its life, and can work at high temperature for a long time, ensuring high precision of leveling. ⊙ The roller material is bearing steel (SUJ2), which is hard chrome plated and re-ground after heat treatment and quenching HRC60º, with high hardness and long wear resistance. ⊙ The leveling roller is equipped with a reinforcement device to better ensure flatness. ⊙ The upper working roller adopts advanced one-point downward pressure fine-tuning device, which is easy to debug and has high precision. | |||||
