ZQJ deep well submersible pump is a water lifting equipment that directly connects the motor and water pump to work in the water. It is suitable for deep well groundwater, as well as for water lifting projects such as rivers, reservoirs, and canals. Mainly used for irrigation of farmland and water for people and livestock in plateau and mountainous areas, it can also be used for drainage in cities, factories, railways, mines, and construction sites.
ZQJ deep well submersible pump has a simple structure, convenient maintenance, small footprint, saving raw materials, performance, convenient installation, and simple use.
The power part is equipped with a water immersed stainless steel submersible motor, which is non polluting to water quality. The pump material is stainless steel casing, shaft core, coupling, water inlet seat and pump head (or copper alloy water inlet seat and pump head), wear-resistant composite polymer material impeller and stainless steel guide shell. The "floating" structure impeller has no axial pressure on the motor during operation. Suitable for industrial and mining, agriculture, construction, aquaculture, food and beverage industries, and home style high-rise water supply.
ZQJ Deep Well Submersible Pump Product Features:
1. The motor and water pump of the deep well submersible pump are integrated, and can operate underwater with excellent performance.
2. Deep well pumps do not have special requirements for well pipes or lift pipes, that is, steel pipe wells, ash pipe wells, soil wells, etc. can all be used; Under pressure permission, steel pipes, rubber pipes, plastic pipes, etc. can all be used as lifting pipes.
3. The installation, operation, and maintenance of deep well pumps are convenient and simple, with a small footsupport and no need to build pump rooms.
4. The deep well pump has a simple structure and saves raw materials.
5. The suitability of the conditions for using deep well pumps, proper management, and service life are directly related.
Working conditions of ZQJ deep well submersible pump
1. A three-phase AC power supply with a rated frequency of 50Hz and a rated voltage of 380V (+5%).
2. The water inlet of the water pump must be below 1 meter of the dynamic water level, but the submerged water level must not exceed 70 meters below the static water level. The water depth from the lower end of the motor to the bottom of the well must be at least 1 meter or more.
3. The water temperature should generally not exceed 20 ℃.
4. Water quality requirements: (1) The sand content in the water shall not exceed 0.01% by weight; (2) The pH value ranges from 6.5 to 8.5; (3) The chloride ion content shall not exceed 400 mg/l
5. The well should be upright and the wall should be smooth, and there should be no staggered left and right pipes.
