2BV water circulation vacuum pump is a single stage pump with an integral structure - the pump is coaxial. The shaft seal adopts a mechanical seal, which has the characteristics of simple structure, easy installation, oil free, and performance. 

2BV water circulation vacuum pump is suitable for extracting gas and moist steam, with an suction pressure of up to 33 mbar absolutepressure (97% vacuum). When the water circulation vacuum pump operates for a long time at a suction pressure below 80 mbar, a cavitation protection pipe should be connected to protect the pump. If the water circulation vacuum pump is equipped with an air injection device, the suction pressure can reach 10 mbar, and the injection device can be directly installed on the suction port of the vacuum pump when used as a compressor, its pressure can reach 0.26 MPa (absolute pressure).

Equipment Installation of 2BV water circulation vacuum pump

1. Vaccuum pumpump Installation: When installing the water circulation vacuum pump and compressor, the installation surface must be horizontal and firmly installed with bolts through the holes at the bottom corner. To prevent welding slag from entering the vacuum pump during installation, a filter screen should be installed on the suction pipe during installation.

2. Gas-water separator installation: The gas-water separator can be directly installed on the exhaust port of the water circulation vacuum pump and fixed firmly with bolts. The gas-water separator has a pipeline connected to the pump, which supplies the working water demand of the water circulation vacuum pump. The remaining working water is supplied by the water supply pipe, and the water supply volume is adjusted by the valve on the pipeline. A check valve should be installed on the intake pipe of the water circulation vacuum pump or compressor to prevent the water in the vacuum pump or compressor from returning to the system under the pressure of the exhaust pipe during shutdown.

Starting and Stopping of 2BV water circulation vacuum pump

1. Starting: Before starting water circulation vacuum pump that has been stopped for a long time, it must be turned several times by hand to confirm that there is no jamming or other damage inside water circulation vacuum pump. 

Starting procedure: (1) Open the exhaust pipe valve. (2) Start the motor (pay attention to the positive and negative rotation of the motor) (3) quickly open the water supply pipe. Gradually increase the water supply until it meets the specified requirements (be careful not to run the vacuum pump dry).

2. Stoping: The water circulation vacuum pump should be stopped in the following order: (1) (If there is a valve in the intake pipe) Close the valve on the intake pipe. (2) Close the water supply pipe and quickly shut down the vacuum pump. (3) After stopping, the water in the pump chamber should be drained to prevent the blades and pump shaft from breaking when starting again.
