I electricity. It is a full bridge driver implemented in motor control applications, which combines isolated DMOS power transistors with CMOS and bipolar circuits on the same chip. By using hybrid technology, logic circuits and power stages can be optimized to achieve the best possible performance. DMOS output transistors can operate at power voltages up to 42V and effectively operate at high switching speeds. All logic inputs are compatible with TTL, CMOS, and µ C.
